Abstract

An algorithm for the treatment of noncondylar mandibular fractures is presented based on outcomes from studies that have been performed during the past 30 years. It is designed to assist clinicians in formulating a treatment plan that can be expected to provide the patient with a predictable outcome. © 2014 American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
